Horny Animal Clothing Returns & Exchanges Policy
We work with the folks over at Printful to handle all of our printing, fulfillment and shipping needs, and our return policy is aligned with Printful’s return policies. If you receive a misprinted, damaged or defective product, we will do everything we can to make it right.
To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Contact form and provide us with all relevant information on your purchase including your name, order number, product ID (e.g. Horny Buffalo 001) date of purchase and product description (e.g. color of the product purchased). Please also provide any information on why you were not satisfied with the product. This will help us to improve our customer experience moving forward.
Printful has several fulfilment centers across the world. Once we receive your email with a request for a return or exchange, we will respond by email letting you know which fulfillment center to return your order to. Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in good condition. You may also be asked to submit a photo of the defect.
